In SDR the Login Process is based on Mac Address of the system. Those MAC addresses registered on server only they can get access of SDR software.
In SDR user can search Single or Multiple Subscriber Details means if user want to search a single number then just enter the number in software and if user want to search multiple numbers then just copy all the numbers and paste them all in search text box.
It is also possible to select the complete file and search the subscriber detail. This is the main new feature of SDR.
In SDR user can Search SDR from CDR or Tower Files (.xls or .xlsx) this make user to directly select the file instead of copy the numbers and then search it.
The SDR automatically generate the Report Based on International Numbers, IMEI, IMSI, and Location so no need to generate report separately. After search the
subscriber detail software automatically generate the report.
The SDR gives user extra feature of exporting Multiple Report. So user can export multiple files at the same time.
